Job Summary
Direct and oversee the daily operations of a skilled nursing facility with focus on regulatory compliance, financial management, census development, staffing, and delivery of high-quality resident care. Lead department heads to achieve operational and clinical goals, develop and monitor policies and procedures, foster a resident-centered culture, drive census growth, and collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to ensure effective clinical programs.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in good standing
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
- Proven leadership and team-building skills
- Strong knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations
- Experience with budgeting, financial management, and operational oversight
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated commitment to quality care and customer service
