Job Summary
Lead the overall leadership and management of the nursing home location, ensuring regulatory compliance and directing financial and operational stability. Manage resident services by communicating effectively with families and staff, responding to physical and mental needs, and ensuring resident rights and HIPAA compliance. Oversee infection prevention, quality assurance performance improvement programs, and monthly committee meetings while acting as the facility's compliance liaison. Manage communication and documentation to ensure all reports meet regulatory requirements and maintain a culture of safety. This union position offers a day shift with 40 weekly hours and includes an incentive bonus opportunity.
Required Qualifications
- The ability to be a licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in the state of practice
- Other licenses as appropriate by state requirements and facility needs
