Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of the Skilled Nursing Facility while serving as the Compliance Officer to ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations. Lead, mentor, and support department managers to achieve operational, financial, and clinical goals, while managing budgets, financial reporting, and regulatory documentation. Ensure the delivery of high-quality resident care and build positive relationships with residents, families, physicians, staff, and regulatory agencies. Promote a culture of excellence, accountability, teamwork, and outstanding customer service within the facility.
Required Qualifications
- Current Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in the state of employment (or ability to obtain)
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing Home Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Minimum of two years of healthcare leadership or long-term care experience
- Thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations governing skilled nursing facilities
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage facility operations
