Provide leadership and direction for all facility departments while ensuring compliance with Ohio Department of Health and federal regulations. Drive quality improvement initiatives, maintain survey readiness, and oversee admissions, census development, and community relationships. Manage budgets, financial performance, and operational goals while supporting staffing, retention, training, and employee engagement. Maintain strong communication with residents, families, and the care team to promote a resident-centered culture focused on quality outcomes and exceptional service.
Required Qualifications
- Active Ohio LNHA license
- Proven leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and survey processes
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to high-quality care and a positive resident experience
