Nursing Home Administrator

Provide overall leadership and operational oversight for a 208-bed Skilled Nursing Facility, partnering closely with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary teams to achieve clinical, regulatory, operational, and financial goals. Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing leadership team while ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and maintaining continuous survey readiness. Drive quality improvement initiatives focused on CMS Quality Measures, resident satisfaction, and operational excellence, and develop effective strategies for caring for residents with behavioral health diagnoses, psychiatric disorders, dementia, and other medically complex conditions. Support census development and cultivate strong relationships with residents, families, hospitals, referral partners, and the community.
