Provide strategic leadership by recruiting and mentoring department leaders, managing facility budgets, and overseeing staffing to drive operational efficiency. Maintain survey readiness, lead state and federal surveys, and foster a positive culture centered on teamwork and continuous improvement. This role requires a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator with a Bachelor's degree and Minnesota licensure. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field
- Current Minnesota Nursing Home Administrator License

Desired Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator
- Experience leading Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living operations
