Job Summary
Provide strategic leadership for a skilled nursing community by promoting exceptional, resident-centered care and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Direct day-to-day operations, manage facility budgets, and monitor staffing to support organizational success while leading the team through state and federal surveys. Recruit, develop, and mentor department leaders to foster a positive culture centered on teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement. Maintain ongoing survey readiness, oversee quality assurance initiatives, and collaborate with corporate leadership to achieve strategic objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field
- Current Minnesota Nursing Home Administrator License
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations governing long-term care
Desired Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator
- Experience leading Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living operations
- Demonstrated success in quality improvement, financial management, and team development
