Job Summary
Provide overall leadership and operational oversight for a 138-bed Skilled Nursing Facility, partnering with clinical leadership to achieve regulatory, operational, and financial goals. Build and mentor a high-performing team focused on accountability while driving quality improvement initiatives for CMS Quality Measures and resident satisfaction. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, maintain survey readiness, and develop strategies for residents with complex medical, behavioral health, and dementia needs. Support census development and cultivate relationships with residents, families, hospitals, and referral partners. Requires current Missouri LNHA license, three years of progressive leadership experience, and strong knowledge of CMS regulations and Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement. Required Qualifications
- Current Missouri Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license or eligibility for Missouri licensure
- Minimum of three (3) years of progressive leadership experience as a Nursing Home Administrator, Executive Director, or senior leader within a Skilled Nursing Facility
- Demonstrated success building high-performing teams and improving operational and clinical performance
- Strong understanding of the state survey process, CMS regulations, regulatory compliance, Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement, and Quality Measures
- Exceptional leadership, communication, financial management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with residents with behavioral health conditions, psychiatric disorders, dementia, and complex medical needs
