Job Summary
Oversee operations of a long-term care facility as LNHA, manage day-to-day clinical and administrative activities, lead staff, ensure regulatory compliance, establish financial and programmatic goals, recruit and train staff, implement policies, and drive high-quality resident care and improved systems.
Required Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered active Nursing Home Administrator license in the state of Florida
- Proven leadership with at least three (3) years as an administrator in a long-term or subacute care facility
- Skills in management, planning, budgeting, marketing and quality improvement
- Ability to recruit, hire, and provide orientation/training for staff
- Commitment to compliant facility operations
- Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures per regulatory guidelines
- Experience with financial and programmatic goal setting and P&L responsibility
- Strong communication and mentorship skills
