Nursing Graduate - Crossroads - Med/Surg

Provide safe, effective care for increasingly complex patients under the direct supervision of an RN preceptor within a supportive learning environment. Gain hands-on experience to develop clinical skills while preparing to step into a full Registered Nurse role within the health system once your unrestricted RN license is obtained. Obtain licensure within 60 days of starting the program. This structured program supports the transition from ASN or BSN graduate to RN for inpatient units, specifically targeting December 2026 graduates and eligible August 2026 candidates.
