Nursing Full Time Faculty - On Campus

Job Summary
Teach Bachelor of Science in Nursing courses on campus and in clinical settings while maintaining professional standards of practice. Create course syllabi, manage classrooms, and utilize technology for grading and records. Mentor students through tutoring and advising, and implement teaching strategies that engage learners in the nursing profession. Participate in faculty meetings, recruitment, and committee work to support the School of Nursing. Maintain currency in education and nursing knowledge through continuing education activities and contribute to evaluation processes. This full-time, on-ground position includes 32 hours of student-facing time weekly plus 8 remote hours.
Required Qualifications
- Unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Georgia or in one of the eNLC compact states
- Two calendar years or the equivalent of full-time clinical experience as a registered nurse
Desired Qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate Degree or in Nursing preferred
- BSN will be considered for LPN programming with significant clinical background or prior teaching experience
- Formal education in teaching and learning principles for adult education preferred, including curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation preferred
