Job Summary
Registered Nurse Instructor for OB/PEDS at Jersey College. Provides clinical instruction at long-term care, sub-acute, and acute clinical sites; creates a clinical environment that supports student academic growth and professional development; prepares student progress and grade reports; maintains attendance records; evaluates student competence against program objectives; implements evaluation devices to measure progress; attends faculty meetings; maintains professional qualifications through ongoing CE and training; collaborates with program director/dean; requires ability to establish and maintain relationships with students and staff; strong organizational, communication, and supervision skills; RN with BSN is required and MSN preferred; minimum 3 years RN experience with teaching experience preferred but not required.
