Job Summary
Full-time Foundations Lab/Clinical Nursing Faculty member to reinforce didactic content and teach in the context of clinical and lab applications for the ABSN program. Responsibilities include collaborating with content-area faculty to evaluate and document student progress toward clinical and lab objectives, participating in grading (written and Clinical/Lab performance check-offs), maintaining compliance with program accreditation, and staying current with trends in nursing practice. Requires travel to student clinical sites to directly observe performance. Must have Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) and an Unencumbered CO RN license; minimum 2 years of experience in medical-surgical, long term care, and/or skilled nursing; teaching experience at the collegiate level preferred. Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) required
- Unencumbered CO RN license
- Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in medical/surgical, long term care, and/or skilled nursing
- Prior teaching experience at the collegiate level preferred
