Job Summary
Direct and coordinate daily resident care services to ensure safe, compassionate, and resident-focused care aligned with clinical standards and regulatory requirements. Supervise nursing staff through coaching and performance feedback while supporting staffing, scheduling, and workload management to maintain adequate coverage across assigned units. Collaborate with nursing supervisors and serve as charge nurse when needed to respond to resident needs, while monitoring quality indicators and regulatory compliance to implement continuous improvement efforts. This role requires current RN licensure in ND or compact, CPR certification, and experience in a long-term care setting. Physical duties include frequent walking, standing, and occasional lifting of residents, with regular exposure to medical equipment and potential infectious conditions within the Trinity Homes environment.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN licensure in ND or compact RN licensure
- CPR certified
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, as evidenced by licensure
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills
- Adequate vision, hearing, and communication abilities
