Job Summary
The Nursing Director (RN) for Surgical Services at Raleigh General Hospital provides operational oversight for Main OR, Outpatient Surgery, PACU, Pre/Post, and Endoscopy while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and managing departmental efficiencies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Current WV RN license (or eligible for licensure)
- 5-7 years of perioperative nursing experience, including OR leadership or management roles
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (or obtained within a defined timeframe)
