Job Summary
Manage all nursing functions within the Subacute Unit, including supervising, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care delivery. Develop departmental plans, oversee personnel performance, and communicate with staff, physicians, and administration to ensure compliance with regulations and policy interpretation. Assume house supervisory responsibilities, respond to codes, and oversee care for adolescent, adult, and older adult patients. Requires a current RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and at least one year of nursing supervision experience. Full-time day shift role with competitive annual compensation ranging from $127,462.40 to $172,244.80.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid state registered nurse license
- Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current
- Must have at least one year of experience in nursing supervision within the last five years
Desired Qualifications
- Subacute experience
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)-(AHA) certificate
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
