Job Summary
Coordinate patient care by assisting with nursing resources, organizing patient notes, and providing paperwork to doctors. Manage patient payments through the payments department or process them directly. Lead staffing efforts by hiring new nurses, creating schedules, and training hires while resolving employee and patient conflicts. Create reports for facility management and place orders for equipment and supplies. Maintain strict adherence to health and safety guidelines, including sanitation and decontamination procedures. Requires a B.Sc or nursing diploma, valid license, and verified Datafow and Saudi License.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a registered nurse.
- Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.
- Excellent knowledge of emergency care.
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.) and willingness to follow them at all times.
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible and compassionate.
- Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Patient with excellent problem-solving skills.
- B.Sc or other diploma from a nursing program.
- A valid nursing license.
- Verified Datafow and Saudi License
