Nursing Director - Labor & Delivery

Job Summary
Director of Women's Services overseeing Labor & Delivery, postpartum, nurseries, and related departments. Leads strategic planning, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, staffing, and interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure safe, high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, goal setting aligned with organizational strategy, policy development, staff recruitment and development, and coordination with providers, surgeons, and other stakeholders. Requires RN licensure, Bachelor's Degree (or 7+ years of equivalent experience), leadership experience, and clinical certifications (BCLS, ACLS, NRP or NALS) with a focus on regulatory compliance, patient safety, and resource optimization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree OR seven (7) years of direct experience in lieu of Bachelor's
- RN - Registered Nurse state licensure or compact licensure
- BCLS - Basic Life Support required
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support required
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation required OR
- NALS - Neonatal Advanced Life Support required
