Job Summary
Provide 24/7 oversight and support to the Chief Nursing Officer, assessing, planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating nursing practice across multiple units including the Emergency Department, a free-standing ED in Fort Mill, and a new facility opening in Indian Land. Ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care while fostering staff competency and optimizing resource management. This full-time role offers a base salary up to $170,000, a $20,000 sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance for a leader with at least two years of progressive management experience in a hospital setting. The position is located in a vibrant Southeast region known for outdoor adventures, thriving arts, excellent schools, and a strong community feel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Active and current Registered Nurse (RN) license in your state of residence/practice
- Current AHA BLS certification
- At least two years of progressive management experience in a hospital setting as a manager or full-time charge nurse, or a related leadership position
