Nursing Director - Emergency Room

Directs planning and management of resources for one to two department(s) on a 24-hour basis, including budget responsibility, efficient resource utilization, recruitment and staff management, achieving quality outcomes, performance improvement, and monitoring service quality/quantity. Oversees purchasing and maintenance of equipment and fosters positive working relationships with staff and System departments; completes designated competencies within introductory period; other related duties as assigned. Sign-on bonus may qualify.
