Job Summary

Maintain staffing schedules, assist with time entry and payroll, and prepare data and reports for meetings and management. Plan and implement the patient's daily program schedule, including activity schedules during times not present on the unit. Perform clerical duties under the direct supervision of the Clinical Coordinator/DON for Skilled Nursing as assigned. Requires Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, Microsoft Office proficiency, and excellent communication skills. Full-time days shift at OakBend Medical Center's independent hospital network since 1950.

Required Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Healthcare experience
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
  • Experience in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask

Desired Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in lieu of High School Diploma/GED education
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
