Job Summary
Provide centralized oversight and leadership for nursing staff across all OB/GYN practices, standardizing workflows and policies to ensure consistent, high-quality patient care. Supervise daily RN activities, including staff assignments, performance evaluations, and direct patient care such as vitals, injections, and hygiene assistance. Develop clinical and lab policies, make frequent rounds to assure care quality, and coordinate environmental health and safety checks. Requires BSN, Maryland RN licensure, CPR certification, and five years of clinical experience with supervisory background.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Bachelor's degree (BSN)
- enrollment in Bachelor of Science in nursing program
- Current licensure in the State of Maryland as a Registered Nurse
- CPR certification
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a clinical environment
