Job Summary
The Nursing Clinical Instructor role at the International College of Health Sciences involves supervising, mentoring, and evaluating nursing students in clinical settings to ensure the development of essential skills for effective patient care. Required Qualifications
- Unencumbered Florida or Compact State RN License
- Minimum 4 years clinical experience as an RN
- Minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Strong clinical knowledge in nursing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to provide clear, constructive feedback and foster student growth
- Proficiency with electronic documentation and Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams
- Commitment to upholding the highest standards of professional and ethical conduct
