Nursing Clinical Coordinator

Job Summary

Develop and maintain partnerships with healthcare organizations to secure high-quality clinical placements for BSN and MSN students. Coordinate clinical schedules, agency onboarding, and compliance logistics while serving as the primary resource for students, faculty, and partners. Ensure adherence to university policies, state board regulations, and accreditation standards through accurate record-keeping and regulatory documentation. Support accreditation reporting and continuous improvement initiatives for the College's new accelerated nursing programs. Represent the nursing program with community stakeholders to strengthen clinical education opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years of related experience
  • Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or related field preferred
  • Experience in nursing education and/or clinical coordination preferred
  • Knowledge of nursing accreditation standards and regulatory requirements preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills preferred
  • Experience with clinical tracking software and database management systems preferred
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship
