Nursing Attendant - CCU - Night

Perform selected patient care treatments and tasks as delegated by licensed nurses on a 24-bed critical care unit. Recognize and understand physical, cognitive, and psychosocial changes unique to the age and population groups served. Operate as an integral part of the patient care team while maintaining accountability for assigned duties and training limitations. Participate in a mentorship program and residency pathway for new graduates, with opportunities for committee involvement and leadership presence on every shift. Work a part-time 38-hour biweekly schedule with 12/8-hour night rotations, including every third weekend, eligible for shift and weekend differentials.
