Job Summary

Nursing Assistant (CNA/NA) provides direct physical care and basic nursing procedures in General Care, Intermediate Care, ICU/Critical Care, and Pediatrics units, assisting with activities of daily living, repositioning, transfers, and patient mobility while engaging with patients and families to promote high-quality care. Works alongside Registered Nurses as part of a collaborative care team to deliver patient- and family-centered care, following hospital policies and procedures; required to maintain state nursing assistant certification, complete BLS/CPR within 3 months, and be listed on the Wisconsin Nurse Assistant/Home Health Aid Registry Upon Hire. Eligible for sign-on bonus (pro-rated for FTE) and shift differentials; benefits include health/dental insurance, paid time off, retirement, tuition reimbursement, and flexible scheduling.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate of State of Wisconsin approved Nurse Aid Training Program
  • Listed on the State of Wisconsin Nurse Assistant/Home Health Aid Registry Upon Hire Required
