Job Summary
Caregiver/Nurse Aide providing resident services and other duties as assigned in a geriatric setting. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs (bathing, toileting, transfer, mobility), meals, housekeeping, and facilitating social-recreational activities; adhere to infection control procedures and maintain a safe, home-like environment. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, state-specific certification where applicable, and CPR/First Aid certification preferred. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of current state-specific certification where required
- Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification
- Excellent communication in English
- Ability to stand for long periods and assist with transfers and mobility
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally; 35 pounds regularly
- Experience in a similar position (18–24 months) preferred
