Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living while supporting the nursing staff in delivering quality, resident-centered care. Learn essential skills to become a Certified Nursing Assistant through hands-on experience alongside an experienced team. Follow all facility policies, state, and federal regulations to help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. This role prepares candidates for the upcoming CNA training program, which includes 36 hours of clinical training and classroom instruction from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. No CNA certification is required to apply, though CPR certification is preferred.
