Job Summary
Collect initial and ongoing data on residents and report condition changes to the RN or LPN. Communicate and interact with residents, families, and other health team members. Attend all scheduled classes and successfully pass the state required certification test to earn a CNA-NAR certification while employed. Must be enrolled in a Benedictine CNA-NAR training program or eligible for the State Nursing Assistant registry. BLS certification required. English reading, writing, and communication skills necessary. Paid time off and retirement benefits available to eligible associates.
Required Qualifications
- Must currently be enrolled in and attending a CNA-NAR training program or be hired into a Benedictine NA training program
- Must be eligible to be on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity pending successful completion of training
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
- BLS Certification
