Job Summary
Provide high-quality in-home support including assistance with activities of daily living, personal care and hygiene, mobility assistance, transfers, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. Monitor client diet and overall well-being while offering companionship, emotional support, and assistance during post-hospital recovery. Deliver professional care in clients' homes across Rhode Island, building meaningful relationships through individualized support. Full-time and part-time positions available with flexible scheduling in mornings, afternoons, evenings, overnights, and weekends. Competitive pay ranges from $21 to $24 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Active Rhode Island Certified Nursing Assistant license (or temporary CNA license)
- Ability to pass a national background check
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
