Job Summary
Provide direct resident care according to each resident’s plan of care under the supervision of the Charge Nurse. Performs nutritional, continence, mobility, personal hygiene, comfort, and communication tasks; supports socialization and activities; adheres to NA Standards of Care; maintains a clean, safe environment; documents care provided and monitors residents for changes; reports to the Nurse and Nursing Director. Requires completion of an approved NA training program and ability to read, write, and follow instructions; 16+ years old; full-time day shift in Rushford, MN.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must have successfully completed an approved NA training program or be enrolled in an approved training program and complete within 4 months of hire
- Able to read, write and follow oral and written instructions and document care in English
