Job Summary
Nursing Assistant – Rehab, under the direction of an RN, provides basic nursing care for an assigned group of patients across units (General Nursing Units, Maternal Child Units, Nursery, Pediatric, GI Lab, Emergency, Surgical Services, and Psychiatric/high-risk adult units) with clinically competent nursing staff. The role supports maternity care, neonatal care, and pediatric-to-adult patient care, completing established competencies within the introductory period and performing other related duties as assigned. This is a full-time opportunity, with a possible sign-on bonus, located in San Antonio, TX, and operated on a day shift basis.
