Job Summary
Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR) in a long-term care setting providing direct resident care under licensed nursing staff. Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and dining assistance; observe and report changes in resident conditions; maintain accurate documentation; collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure resident-centered care. Afternoon shift available (2:30 PM–11:00 PM) in Duluth, MN.
Required Qualifications
