Job Summary
Under direct supervision this Nursing Assistant position supports bedside RN and charge nurse to maintain a safe, hazard-free environment and deliver patient-focused care. Responsibilities include facilitating communication between patient, family, and providers, assisting with delegated duties for the shift, and ensuring a clean, safe care setting. Roles available across multiple units with full-time, 12-hour shifts (night/day) and various shift differentials. Includes potential bonus for eligible external hires. Required Qualifications
- Coursework/Training and Medical Terminology course Or Successful completion of hospital Medical terminology test within 90 days of hire.
- Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Preferred: Completed training as a Certified Nursing Assistant
- 6 months of Health care experience (preferred)
