Job Summary
Provide hands-on support to residents by assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, and mobility per each resident's Plan of Care. Monitor and report health changes, including vital signs, skin conditions, and behavioral shifts, ensuring timely communication with the nursing team. Offer meals, hydration, companionship, and encouragement for social engagement to support daily well-being and create a home-like atmosphere where residents can thrive. This Certified Nursing Assistant role requires an active CNA license in Minnesota and involves working 48-hour pay periods with Friday and Saturday night shifts. Leadership comes from the Director of Clinical Care or Nursing. No supervisory responsibilities are included.
Required Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Minnesota
- Ability to provide care with empathy, patience, and integrity
- Physical capability to perform all essential job functions
- Ability to pass state mandated background check
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
