Job Summary
Assist in patient care by collecting data, providing appropriate care, and performing treatments according to established hospital policy. Organize patient assignments, report needs promptly to the nurse, reinforce patient instructions, and document accurately on medical records. Ensure all duties align with the Patient's Bill of Rights and are completed in a timely manner. Requires a High School Diploma, CNA training or relevant experience, BLS certification, and computer literacy. Posted salary is $25.59 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Successful completion of a duly authorized CNA Training Program
- Student enrolled in a nursing program who has completed fundamentals of nursing including clinical rotation
- Relevant work experience, including nursing assistant and/or personal care aide
- BLS from American Heart Association
- Computer literacy
- Ability to read and write basic English
