Nursing Assistant - PCU - Straight Nights

Provide direct patient care under the direction of a licensed nurse, including admission and discharge processes. Assist with basic care, patient transfers, and transporting patients according to physician orders and nursing delegation. Identify changes in patient condition and report symptoms of pain or deviations from normal health status to the Nurse immediately. Contribute to the assessment of patient health by collecting subjective and objective data through observations and interviews. Implement the plan of care reflecting physical, psychological, and social needs while adhering to department standards and policies.
