Nursing Assistant - Part Time Weekend Days - Nelson Care Center

Deliver compassionate, hands-on care by assisting residents with dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, and mobility per their Plan of Care. Support daily well-being through meals, hydration, companionship, and encouragement for social engagement while monitoring and reporting vital signs, skin conditions, and behavioral changes to the nursing team. Create a home-like atmosphere ensuring residents feel comfortable, respected, and supported in their daily lives. This Certified Nursing Assistant role requires an active CNA license in Minnesota, previous experience in long-term care or home health is a plus, and the ability to pass a state-mandated background check. The position offers a part-time schedule of 16 hours per pay period, every other weekend and holidays, from 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., with pay ranging from $19.50 to $23.65 per hour.
