Nursing Assistant - Part Time Days - Nelson Care Center

Deliver compassionate, hands-on care by assisting residents with dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, and mobility per their Plan of Care. Support daily well-being through meals, hydration, companionship, and encouragement for social engagement while monitoring vital signs, skin conditions, and behavioral changes. Report health updates to the nursing team and help create a home-like atmosphere where residents feel respected and supported. Ensure timely communication with the Director of Clinical Care or Nursing leadership. Requires an active Minnesota CNA license, physical capability for essential functions, and the ability to read, write, and speak English. Includes every other weekend and holiday coverage from 5:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
