Job Summary
Escort patients, conduct basic health assessments including vital signs and EKGs, and prepare individuals for examinations or procedures in the Orthopedic, Spine, and Interventional Pain clinic. Manage clinical supplies, update medical records, and ensure equipment functionality to support efficient workflow. Collaborate frequently with nursing staff and physicians to communicate patient concerns and updates while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- One year experience providing hands on patient care
- American Heart Association BLS certification within 30 days of hire
- High School diploma or GED
- MN Nursing Assistant Registry
- Effective communicator and listener
- Organized and adaptive in fast-paced clinic settings
- Accurate observation and documentation skills
- Computer and EHR proficiency
