Job Summary
In training to become Nurse Assistant (CNA) providing direct, personal care to residents in a skilled nursing facility. The Nurse Assistant will work toward CNA certification and may pursue Medication Aide certification. Responsibilities include assisting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding, transfers, mobility), performing routine and non-routine duties under nursing direction, taking and documenting vitals, ensuring a clean and safe environment, restocking supplies, and contributing to the care plan. This role supports a multidisciplinary team and emphasizes compassion, confidentiality, and resident rights. Schedule is 7am-3pm with every 3rd weekend/holiday and 75 hours per two weeks; a $1000 sign-on bonus may be available. Training provided upon hire. Qualifications include Certified Nurse Aide licensure within 120 days and a preference for High School Diploma or GED. Equal opportunity employer.
