Job Summary
Perform ADLs as scheduled and assist other Resident Assistants while maintaining consistency with regulations and established best practices. Monitor changes in residents' conditions and transfer or assist residents with mobility using various methods such as gait belts and mechanical lifts. Ensure residents are cared for with dignity throughout their stay in Long Term Care or Transitional Care units. Commitment to work every other weekend and scheduled holidays is required. Nursing Assistant Certification is required for Long Term Care positions.
Required Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language
