Job Summary
Perform ADLs as scheduled and assist other Resident Assistants while maintaining consistency with regulations and best practices. Monitor changes in residents' conditions and transfer them using gait belts or mechanical lifts to ensure care with dignity. Commit to working every other weekend and scheduled holidays. This role supports the faith-based mission of enriching the lives of older adults across Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Long Term Care settings.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing Assistant Certification
- Commitment to work every other weekend and scheduled holidays
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language
