Monitor and record vital signs, report significant changes to nursing staff, and support patient mobility through safe transfers. Ensure proper hygiene practices are consistently followed while engaging with patients to provide empathetic, individualized support. Assist in urgent care situations with quick thinking and effective communication, maintaining patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
