Obtain vital signs, height, and weight data while assisting patients with bathing, oral hygiene, shaving, and hair care. Deliver meals and snacks, feeding those unable to self-feed, and document oral intake. Turn and position immobile patients safely during mobility programs, answer call lights, and transport patients to treatment centers.
