Obtain vital signs, height, and weight data while assisting patients with personal care, including bathing, oral hygiene, and shaving. Deliver meals and snacks, feeding those unable to self-feed, and document oral intake. Turn and position immobile patients safely to maintain proper alignment and participate in mobility programs. Answer patient call lights and transport patients to designated treatment centers. Complete post-offer employment testing (POETs) as part of the onboarding process before the first day of work.
