Job Summary
Nursing Assistant (NA) - Float - Part Time Days at Essentia Health St. Mary’s Detroit Lakes. Responsible for direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, Nurse Manager, Assistant Head Nurse, or Department Director. Duties include personal hygiene care, assisting with nutritional needs, comfort care, safely transferring patients, taking vital signs, and completing recordkeeping; promptly reporting changes in patient condition. Works to support safety and comfort, in alignment with Joint Commission and other regulatory standards. Schedule: 24 hours per week, Day Shift (6:00am-2:30pm), every other weekend and holiday rotation.
