Job Summary
Conduct patient care services including bathing with basin-less products, oral hygiene, feeding, and hair care. Participate in hourly rounds and transport patients to treatment centers, assisting with movement in stretchers and wheelchairs. Maintain cleanliness of instruments, equipment, and patient rooms while managing unit stock levels of supplies. Perform other duties as assigned. Full-time day shift from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. with a salary of $17.23 to $21.00 per hour. Join a team at Select Specialty Hospital in Augusta, GA, dedicated to critical illness recovery services.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED OR relevant work experience (3+ years)
- BLS is required within 90 days of hire
- Hospital experience as a nursing assistant, certification as a nursing assistant or experience in a related field (i.e. medical assistant, actively enrolled RN student)
