Job Summary
Direct patient care in a Cardiac Telemetry unit under RN supervision; provide personal hygiene assistance, nutritional support, comfort care, safe patient transfers, measure and record vital signs, document and report condition changes, maintain safe/clean patient environment, and comply with Joint Commission and regulatory standards. Requires CNA certification or registration within 3 months, BLS within 3 months, and willingness to work varied Day/Evening shifts with weekend/holiday rotation; offers incentive up to $1500.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred by North Dakota Department of Health; if not certified as a Nursing Assistant, must be registered within 3 months from date of employment
- BLS certification required within 3 months of hire
- Ability to work 36 hours per week across Day/Evening shifts with Every Other Weekend and holiday rotation
