Job Summary
The Nursing Assistant assists in patient care under the direction of a Staff RN, providing personal care (bathing, feeding, skin and mouth care, changing bed lines), recording vital signs, managing intake/output, assisting with pre/intra/post-operative care including positioning and patient handling, and maintaining supplies and confidentiality in a HIPAA-compliant environment. CPR/HOPE certification within six months and STNA preferred; prior nursing assistant experience preferred. Day shift, part-time role at Fairfield Medical Center, Lancaster, OH.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent preferred
- STNA preferred
- CPR/When Seconds Count/HOPE within the first six months of employment
- Nursing assistant experience preferred
